Does Hobby Lobby Take Apple Pay?

Does anyone know if Hobby Lobby takes Apple Pay at checkout? I’ve seen mixed answers online, so I’m not sure whether they accept digital wallet payments in-store or only traditional cards. If you’ve recently shopped there, what payment methods were available?

Hobby Lobby does not accept Apple Pay for in-store purchases because their registers lack the necessary contactless (NFC) technology. For online purchases made via their website and app, they do, however, accept Apple Pay. In-store, you must use cash, credit/debit card, or a gift card.

No — Hobby Lobby does not accept Apple Pay in-store (or online).
They accept payment by credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), gift cards, cash or checks instead

According to Hobby Lobby's official website, they only allow Apple Pay for online orders and not store purchases.
Hobby Lobby:
In-store, you can pay with a credit/debit card of Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, or Discover, cash, check, or Hobby Lobby Gift Card.
So, if you're shopping in-store, Apple Pay likely won't work. If you shop online via Hobby Lobby's website, you could use Apple Pay.

No, Apple Pay is not accepted at the moment in stores of Hobby Lobby. Their primary payment methods include debit cards, credit cards and the gift cards. When shopping online, you can use typical cards, yet no Apple Pay has been registered yet.

At Hobby Lobby, it is not possible to use Apple Pay as a method of in-store purchase since their registers do not have the required tapless (NFC) hardware. They, however, do accept Apple Pay in the case of online purchases made through their site and app. You have to pay in-store with cash, credit/debit card or with a gift cards.
