Surely, even when you have lost the login, you can obtain your GST registration certificate, though, with proper channels. Firstly, it is very simple to reset your password on the GST portal using the registered email or mobile. Failing which, call your GST jurisdiction officer, and ask him/her to send a copy; he/she will demand ID and business evidence.
It can also be downloaded by a person having access or a GST practitioner. All you need to do is not use third-party websites or provide OTPs and use the official GST sources to be safe and acceptable.
