How to report fraud on apple pay?

How do you report fraud on Apple Pay? I’m trying to figure out the proper steps if someone notices unauthorized charges or suspicious activity. Do you report it directly through Apple, your bank, or both? Anyone who has gone through the process, please share what worked and how quickly it got resolved.
 
To report Apple Pay fraud:
  1. Open the Wallet app → select the suspicious transaction.
  2. Tap Report an Issue or Contact Merchant if available.
  3. Immediately contact your bank/card issuer to block the card and dispute charges.
  4. Change your Apple ID password.
  5. Visit support.apple.com → Apple Pay → Report fraud.
 
Open the Wallet app and choose the questionable transaction to report Apple Pay fraud.
  • If available, select "Report an Issue" or "Contact Merchant."
  • To block the card and dispute charges, get in touch with your bank or card issuer right away.
  • Modify the password for your Apple ID.
  • Go to Apple Pay → Support.apple.com → Report fraud.
 
To report Apple Pay fraud, launch the Wallet app and choose the dubious transaction.
If it's available, choose "Report an Issue" or "Contact Merchant."
Contact your bank or card issuer immediately to block the card and dispute charges.

Change your Apple ID's password.
Visit Apple Pay → Support.apple.com → Fraud Report.
 
Record transactions not yet approved by using Wallet app or contacting your bank/ card issuer. Another way you can reach out to Apple Support would be to put limits on the device and lock up your Apple ID.
 
Report fraud by calling your bank, freezing your card and examination of transactions to Apple Pay. Next document the problem using the Apple Support application or support Web site to investigate and protect the account.
