Yeah, I’ve used TaxSlayer Pro for a couple of seasons now. Logging in is pretty simple—you just go to their site, use your credentials, and you’ll land on the dashboard where you can manage clients, returns, and e-files.
What I found useful: the client management tools and quick access to prior returns save a ton of time. The support chat is also decent if you get stuck.
Downsides: the interface can feel a bit dated, and sometimes the software lags when handling multiple returns at once. Overall though, it’s reliable once you get used to the layout.
