Can someone explain what are multinational firms with real examples?
How do they manage operations across different countries?
What challenges do multinational firms face with taxes and regulations?

Multinational companies (or corporations) are large companies that own or regulate business in at least one country which is not the home country. They also run in the rest of the world through the creation of foreign subsidiaries, supply chain optimization at low costs and product adaptation to local cultural tastes.

Multinational corporations are those companies which have operations in more than one country other than its own host country. They do this by having production, marketing, and sales subsidiaries in foreign countries, where they localize their strategies, but the centralization of operations and decision-making is made by the global headquarters.
