I’m trying to understand the role of an attorney in a att class action lawsuit. From what I know, a class action lawsuit involves a group of people filing a case together against a company or organization, but I’m not sure how attorneys manage such large cases.

In an AT&T class action lawsuit, the attorney basically represents a group of people who’ve faced the same issue (like overbilling or data problems), gathers evidence, files the case, and handles all the legal work on behalf of everyone involved; from what I’ve seen, they also deal with negotiations or settlements, so individuals don’t have to fight the case on their own.

In the case of a law suit against AT&T under a class action, an attorney represents a number of similar aggrieved persons. They research on the case, acquire evidence, submit legal papers, and argue in court. The lawyer negotiates compensation or even damages. They also interact with the members of the class and help them safeguard their rights in the process with the intention of having a reasonable solution to all.

In an AT&T class action lawsuit, an attorney represents a group of affected individuals, gathers evidence, files claims, negotiates settlements, and advocates in court to secure compensation or resolution for the class members.

An attorney in a class action lawsuit represents a group of people with similar claims, investigates the case, gathers evidence, files legal documents, negotiates settlements, and advocates in court to secure fair compensation or relief for all affected members collectively.
