I keep hearing about business intelligence, but what is business intelligence actually used for? Is it only for large companies, or can small businesses use it too? How does business intelligence improve decision-making?

At its core, business intelligence (BI) is about turning raw data into useful insights. Instead of guessing what’s happening in your business, BI tools help you see trends, patterns, and problems clearly.
For example:

• Which products are actually profitable
• Where customers are dropping off
