On July 31, 2025, Figma made its debut on the public market with its Initial Public Offering (IPO). It is traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker symbol "FIG". The IPO was a big anticipation, and the shares were initially priced at $33. However, they went up significantly on the first day, giving the company a valuation of more than $55 billion, which is a lot higher than the $20 billion bid that Adobe tried to buy out Figma in 2022 but failed.
