Did someone got hacked on the crypto ledger

did someone recently get hacked on the crypto ledger? I heard some talk about it but not sure if it’s true. Anyone got details or updates?

A hacker posted a malicious file to the Ledger Connect Kit, causing users who signed transactions on the impacted Decentralized Applications (DApps) to lose hundreds of thousands of dollars in cryptocurrency. But there was no compromise of the Ledger hardware wallets themselves.
