How long is 2 business days exactly? Does it exclude weekends and public holidays, and how is it calculated if the process starts on a Friday?

'2 business days' refers to 2 working days, not including weekends and any public holidays. For example, if a task is started on Monday, it will generally be finished by Wednesday; if it commenced on Friday, it would most likely be completed by Tuesday.

A working week usually consists of 48 hours on two business days out of the usual five days (Monday-Friday). When a request is started on Monday, then it should be completed by Wednesday. But weekends and public holidays do not count and thus a request on Friday would be solved on Tuesday.
