How to buy a house?

Hi everyone, I’m thinking about buying my first house but I honestly don’t know where to start.
What are the main steps in the home-buying process, and what should I prepare before applying for a mortgage?
Any advice for first-time buyers would be really helpful.

Check finances and credit, set a budget, get mortgage pre-approval, hire an agent, search homes, make an offer, complete inspection and appraisal, secure loan approval, sign closing documents, and receive your keys.

To buy a house, first check your budget and get pre-approved for a home loan. Then search for properties, visit them, and choose the right one. Make an offer, complete legal and loan formalities, pay the down payment and closing costs, and register the property in your name.

I would begin by checking your budget and credit score, and save the down payment then be pre-approved to a mortgage and then go house hunting; it makes it easier. The moment I purchased my first home, the availability of my papers (income proof, bank statements, ID) helped me to avoid much stress in the future.

Get pre-approved, save a down payment, find a realtor, and tour homes. Close the deal after a successful home inspection.
