Hey everyone đź‘‹
how to buy spacex stock, since it’s not publicly traded. Are there legal ways to buy shares, like through private equity, pre-IPO platforms, or investing in companies that already hold SpaceX stock?

Since SpaceX is still privately held and not publicly listed, you are unable to purchase SpaceX stock directly. On the other hand, you can make an indirect investment by purchasing stock in firms that control SpaceX, such as Alphabet (Google). Pre-IPO shares are available on certain private equity platforms, but eligibility may need higher investment minimums and accreditation. Regular stock trading will be feasible after SpaceX goes public.

The SpaceX stock is privately held, and you cannot directly purchase it, but accredited investors may have access to the company on secondary platforms such as EquityZen or Forge, or can indirectly own it by purchasing funds or companies owning shares of SpaceX.

The SpaceX shares cannot be purchased directly since the company is not listed on a stock exchange but remains private. The only access that the ordinary investors will be able to obtain shares is by way of private sales of secondary markets which generally needs to be an accredited investor and they must be in possession of a party selling current shares. To the greatest part, SpaceX would not be accessible to the majority of the population until the company goes public.

Ordinary investors will only be allowed to purchase shares through private secondary market sales, which often need an accredited investor to be in possession of a party selling current shares. Until the firm goes public, most people would not be able to use SpaceX.
