How to close a cash app account?

Hey everyone, I’m planning to stop using my Cash App and want to close my account permanently. Could someone guide me through how to close a Cash App account?? I’d like to make sure my balance is cleared and personal data is secure before closing it.

To start with, empty your cash or sell all the money (cash, Bitcoin, stocks) to have a balance of 0. Then, tap your Profile Icon, tap Support, and then tap Close Your Cash App Account and tap Confirm to delete the account permanently and turn off your $Cashtag.
