I've used Incogni myself and it seems like a legit service, they do actually try to remove your personal info from data broker sites, I've seen some of my info get taken down after using it. It's not a magic solution, some sites might take a while to process the requests or even refuse, but overall I think it's worth a shot if you're concerned about data privacy. I've read some mixed reviews online but my personal experience has been mostly positive, just keep in mind that it's an ongoing process and you might need to resubmit requests periodically.
