Hey everyone, quick question: what is AWS?

I've heard about Amazon Web Services in cloud computing, but I'm curious to know more about what it really is. For what purpose is it used, and in what ways can we apply it in real-world scenarios?

Have you ever used AWS, and what services have you used within it, like EC2, S3, and Lambda?

AWS should be viewed as a huge digital Lego set of businesses. You do not have to purchase physical servers and place them in a closet instead of renting exactly what you require on Amazon. I store my files on S3 and run my web applications on EC2; it is perfect as you can only pay what you actually consume.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) refers to a cloud computing platform, which is a service of Amazon Web Services. It provides a broad spectrum of internet-based services such as storage services, computing capabilities, databases, and networking services. AWS assists companies and individuals in operating applications without having a physical server.

It is commonly employed to host websites, back up data, machine learning, and app development. AWS has scalability and reliability, as well as the pay-as-you-go pricing model that is cost-effective and flexible to users across the globe.

I’ve used it mainly for hosting websites and backups since it’s flexible and you only pay for what you use.
