What is bull in share market?

What does “bull” mean in the share market? I want to understand what a bull market is, why prices rise during this phase, and how investors usually behave when the market is bullish.

A bull in the stock market is a circumstance or investor who anticipates price increases. In a bull market, stocks are rising steadily, and bullish investors purchase shares with the hope of selling them later at a higher price.

In the share market, a bull refers to an investor or market condition that expects prices to rise and buys stocks to profit from the increase.
