What is the best way for how to pay off credit card debt?

I currently have balances on a few credit cards and the interest is adding up. Does anyone have suggestions for how to pay off credit card debt efficiently without hurting my credit score?

The best way to pay off credit card debt is to pay more than the minimum, focus on high-interest cards first (avalanche method), or pay the smallest balances first (snowball method) while avoiding new charges.

I’d start by paying more than the minimum on the card with the highest interest while still covering the others. I did this myself and also paused using the cards for a bit, and it helped the balance drop way faster without hurting my score.

The best way to pay off credit card debt is to pay more than the minimum due each month, prioritize high-interest cards first (avalanche method), create a strict budget, reduce unnecessary expenses, and consider balance transfers or debt consolidation to lower interest rates.

Paying more than the minimum amount owed each month, prioritizing high-interest cards first (the avalanche technique), setting up a strict budget, cutting back on unnecessary spending, and thinking about balance transfers or debt consolidation to decrease interest rates are the best ways to pay off credit card debt.
