Who delivers your offer to the seller framework?

I’m trying to understand the who delivers your offer to the seller framework and how it helps businesses clarify value delivery, positioning, and customer acquisition strategies.

Consider it this way - it is the channel or messenger (you, your sales team, ads, partners, even automation) that makes the offer; the framework is what will help you get exceptionally clear on who should say what, where, so that value is created, and customers will say, yep, that is me.

The “Who delivers your offer to the seller” framework identifies the person or team responsible for presenting your proposal. Typically, this could be a sales representative, account manager, or broker who communicates the offer clearly and professionally.

In the home-buying framework, your real estate agent (buyer’s agent) delivers your offer to the seller’s agent, who then presents it to the seller. This ensures proper communication, negotiation, and legal handling of the offer.

In real estate, your buyer’s agent (real estate agent) usually delivers your offer to the seller or the seller’s listing agent. The agent submits the written offer, explains your terms, and communicates on your behalf during negotiations. Sometimes, in private sales, a lawyer or the buyer may deliver the offer directly to the seller.
