When writing blogs or professional content, should “artificial intelligence” be capitalized, or is it only capitalized when using the abbreviation “AI”?

Good question! The general rule, however, is that in regular English, the terms, artificial intelligence remains in lower case, whereas the term, AI, is always written in upper case, as it is an abbreviation - assume casual phrase vs. proper shorthand.
